SPA ETIQUETTE - In order to maintain high standards from the staff - Destination's Day Spa is strict on policies.

1.) All guest must be 18 years of age or older
2.) Credit cards will be needed to book and hold appointments
3.) Guest should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This ensures full duration time of service - late arrivals will reflect on guest services - NO penalty taken upon spa. Please keep traffic in mind ( especially during race season )
4.) All cellular phones and pagers MUST be turned off when entering spa - absolutely no conversations will be tolerated.

CANCELLATION POLICY - * APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES *
As a courtesy to our other guest and due to limited availability - we require a minimum of 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling of single treatment and a 48 hour notice for multiple treatments. Cancellations and No-shows that do not abide by these policies will be charged FULL amount of all service(s) booked.
